Our coaches are graduates of International Coach Federation approved training courses, and have considerable experience not only as coaches, but also in organisations and entrepreneurial business enterprises.

As a Professional Coach and Coach Supervisor, Yolanda has worked with a range of business leaders, entrepreneurs, and private individuals. She designs and runs coaching and leadership programmes, as well as tailored solutions for companies, and regularly facilitates these workshops. She has associative connections with local and UK companies for Executive Coaching and Leadership Skills Training.
Yolanda has lived and worked in Zimbabwe, Malawi, Botswana, South Africa and the UK, which has equipped her with unique abilities and insights in dealing with cross-cultural differences and change management.
She believes challenges are opportunities for development and personal evolution, and that self-knowledge is key to this process. Her leadership insights come from more than 10 years working with clients from diverse industries.

Andre is a professional coach, trainer and consultant who supports executives, senior leaders, managers and entrepreneurs with their personal and professional development.
As a coach and business consultant, Andre has worked with individuals and leaders from a wide-ranging industry base, including Consultancy, Education, Telecoms, Media, Pharma, Recruitment and Retail, across a spectrum of organisational levels Business Owners, MDs, Directors and Senior Management.
As a trainer he has been involved in the successful training of associateship programmes to senior leaders across various multinational organisations.

He brings strong professional experience in sales, client development & marketing, including 10 years management in the UK advertising and various media fields. He has extensive international and multi-cultural experience, having lived and worked in Zimbabwe, South Africa, Mauritius and the UK.
