The communication style of leaders helps us distinguish great leaders from the wannabes. When facing a problem the great leader says, ‘Let’s find out,’ while the wannabe says, ‘Nobody knows.’

Whatever it is, if it doesn’t make you happy, walk away, give it away to someone else who wants it. Let it be their next dream; let it flee from you. Then you have room to grow, to allow magnificent things to fill the vacuum of those seemingly empty places. Coaching Thought:

It's not enough to just have goals, as vitally important as they are.  We MUST work on them - daily! We must have a practical action plan, which must be implemented, refined and adapted as we need to, but it must be worked!
